Dr. Mattia L. Rattaggi (Chairman) - is a Fintech & Web3 business developer and promoter of initiatives to strengthen such markets. He advises, and carries out digital finance and Web3 projects at, private companies, trade associations and regulatory bodies. He is a thought leader in blockchain, crypto finance, digital assets, financial risk and regulation, and speaker at international conferences and writer. Mattia combines an advanced exposure to Web3, deep expertise in digital finance, risk and regulation, with 25-year experience in the financial industry, in senior risk, compliance, audit and governance positions. He holds a Ph.D in economics from the University of Fribourg and was academic researcher at the University of Cambridge. He has a multi-lingua and multi-cultural background. 🚤
Andrea Lerdo (Director) - has spent +15 years in the financial industry, where they helped build new financial infrastructure and innovative products. She led the industry's first attempt to digitalize the law and automate controls. Andrea joined JPMorgan’s Blockchain initiative called Onyx, the world's first bank-led blockchain platform for the exchange of value, information and digital assets, where she acted as Head Business Architecture and Marketplace.
Andrea is passionate about decentralization and how blockchain technology can empower and elevate historically marginalized creative communities in web3. Andrea is dedicated to amplify the work of diverse artists and developers on the web3 ecosystem. Andrea partners with the multiple projects aimed to grow the web3 ecosystem, broadening usage and sustaining its vibrant creative ecosystem through the launch of partnerships, grant programs, and scholarship programs. Andrea holds a LL.M degree from University of California Berkeley and a J.D from Universidad Iberoamericana. Andrea is originally from Mexico City, currently living in Brooklyn. ⛵

Leo Matchett (Director) - is a Technical Emmy Award winner who grew up in Toronto and has lived in Los Angeles for 20 years working in film production. He brings a balance of knowledge in film, technology, and crypto assets. Leo has been involved in smartphone application development since 2008, developing Artemis Director’s Viewfinder (2018 Engineering Emmy Award Winner), and Techscout Touch for Android and IOS. As an early adopter of Bitcoin, Leo began conceiving ways to bring blockchain technology, its auditability, and efficiencies to the filmmaking lifecycle. His primary goal is talent discovery and helping those creative thinkers concentrate on what’s important - the creative. 🚣
