Arts3 Foundation

The Arts3 Foundation supports qualifying projects, start-ups, other foundations and charitable associations in the Web3 space that promote the Art & Entertainment Industry. It backs in particular Web3-related technical innovations and tools that ultimately empower creators & artists. The Foundation was established in Zug, Switzerland, on the 28th of February 2024.

Projects

The Arts3 Foundation actively scouts for potential projects, start-ups or other foundations or charitable associations, and performs its own due diligence, by inviting potentially qualifying cases to submit the information required to establish whether they would be entitled for support or not, and dialoguing with them in a partnership format. The ultimate decision to grant support is taken by vote by the majority of the Trustees. Documents are not returned in the event of potentially qualifying cases being declined. The Foundation does not enter into correspondence regarding decisions declining support to potentially qualifying cases initially considered.

  • Alignment with the Foundation’s purpose,

  • Innovation and Creativity

  • Impact on Web3 Ecosystem

  • Feasibility and Viability

  • Collaboration and Inclusivity.

Key Parameters and Information Considered Include:

  • Overview of the project

  • Stage (start-up, seed, series , etc.)

  • Entity and Team (Foundation, Charity, Mission, Personnel, Ownership, Governance, etc.)

  • Plan: Financing required to achieve goals, budget, roadmap, legal status, regulatory and compliance, size of support requested, use of funds, etc.)

Applications:

The Arts3 Foundation currently actively scouts for potential projects. No applications are being received at this time. Applications for support sent by mail or e-mail will not be processed by the foundation. Documents are not returned in the event of a request being declined. The Foundation does not enter into correspondence regarding decisions to decline requests for support.

In particular, the following cases are not considered: Individuals (scholarships, dissertations, emergency aid), Institutions that are domiciled in sanctioned countries or that do not pass the Foundation’s know your customer (KYC) scrutiny, political and religious campaigns, conferences and congresses.
